Today I’m going to share with you one of my favorite afternoon snacks! This is a very simple recipe, but it is incredibly delicious! It’s like a milkshake!
You will need:
A blender (I have a vitamix)
1-2 frozen banana(s)
3/4 cup of coconut milk and/or almond milk (I use homemade) < Recipe for that coming soon!
1/4 cup of nut butter of your choice (I use almond butter)
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of maple syrup
A few ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie)
Now, get ready for some very complex instructions….
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
